Record Conference Calls

Steps to Record Conference Calls

Looking to record an important conference call that you want to refer to later? This tutorial shows you how to record conference calls with Recordator.com

Step 1 - Sign up

The first thing you have to do to begin recording your calls is sign up. Sign up is free and hardly takes a minute. What's cool is you get 10 minutes of free call recording to try out Recordator.com when you sign up.

Step 2 - Make sure your account has enough recording minutes

When you sign-up you get 10 minutes of free call recording. But we all know conference calls can stretch to hours at times. Hence it might be a good idea to power-up your account with as many minutes as you need for that all-important conference call.

You can view the recharging options on the pricing page.

Step 3 - Begin your conference call and call our dial-in number

Once the conference call begins, you are a participant in it. When you are connected to the call, put the call on hold and call our dial-in number. Once it connects, merge the calls. This creates a three-way conference between your ongoing conference call, you, and our service. This call is then recorded on our service.

Step 4 - Listen to your calls

That's it! This call recording is then available on your dashboard for you to listen to, download, or share with someone else.
