We are in the middle of an attack on our calling infrastructure. It is a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack on our toll-free number – thousands of calls are being placed to it rendering it incapable of receiving genuine calls from customers.
As of now our calling is unavailable.
Your data including your recordings and phone book is completely safe. The attack was on our calling system which is separate from the other systems where data is stored.
We deeply regret this inconvenience caused to you.
We are trying our best to bring back the calling system up as soon as possible. We shall update you once we have a resolution.
